Managing Principal
Harrison Balisky is the founding and managing principal of Olmsted Real Estate based in Brooklyn, New York. With over 10 years experience in the New York City Commercial Real Estate Industry, Mr. Balisky has brokered over 100+ transactions totaling over 575,000 SF. He specializes in the rapidly evolving Brooklyn retail markets of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bushwick among others. His work In Williamsburg specifically has reshaped the neighborhood into the global hub it is seen as today. A few of his notable transactions in the neighborhood include signing Vital Rock Climbing for their 47,000 SF Flagship, bringing The Butcher’s Daughter, Kahkow, Hatchets & Hops, and The Cactus Shop to their first Brooklyn outposts, and inking a number of large office leases with notable tenants Cartier, Ennismore International, Greats Shoe, and MSCHF among others. He attributes his success to specializing in landlord representation and strategic expansion for Tenants in prime retail markets throughout the outer boroughs. Harrison is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. He received a B.S. in Environmental Science from University of Vermont and has also studied abroad at the Cass Business School of City University in London.

Brad Krosser
Associate Director
Brad Krosser is an associate director of Olmsted Real Estate based in Brooklyn, New York. Before joining Olmsted, Brad worked in the Commercial Division at Compass Commercial and prior to that was an Associate Director at EXR. Brad has brokered over 40 deals totaling over 125,000 SF. Some of his notable leases include leasing the entire commercial component of the Lewis Steel Building at 76 North 4th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and bringing Argent back to SoHo in Manhattan. Brad specializes in retail and office leasing primarily in Brooklyn + Manhattan. Brad’s analytical finesse and local knowledge of the commercial market having lived and worked in Brooklyn gives him a unique understanding of the current retail and office landscape in the area. Brad is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NY. He received a B.A in Economics from Michigan State University.
